Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026 (Version 2.0)
1. General Provisions and Minimization
1.1. This Privacy Policy defines what data the website https://softhub.ivsofte.biz/ (the "Website") may receive and how the Administration ensures its confidentiality. The Policy takes into account Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (as amended effective July 1, 2025).
1.2. The Website is built on a minimization principle: the Administration strives not to collect or store Users' personal data in databases of its own. The Website has no registration and no forms that accumulate personal data.
1.3. The Administration does not sell or transfer Users' data to third parties for marketing. Disclosure is possible only in cases provided by law.
2. Data Localization (152-FZ)
2.1. The Administration does not collect, record, systematize, accumulate, or store Users' personal data in databases of its own (personal-data information systems).
2.2. Because the Administration maintains no such databases, the requirement to store databases of Russian citizens within the Russian Federation (Art. 18(5) of Law No. 152-FZ, in force since July 1, 2025) creates no localization obligation for this Website — no such database exists, whether inside or outside Russia.
3. What Data May Be Processed
3.1. Voluntary contact. The User contacts support through third-party services (email, messengers) — those services act as the operators of such data; the Administration merely reads the message within their interface and does not transfer it into any database of its own.
3.2. Payment and delivery. Payment and delivery of digital materials/keys take place on the payment platform (Digiseller and others); the email the buyer provides and the order data are stored by the platform as the operator of such data. The Administration keeps no order database of its own.
3.3. Technical data. IP address, user-agent, browser/device information, date and time of access, and technical cookies may be recorded as standard for the operation and security of the Website — in an anonymized manner, without aggregation into a personal-data database and without identifying a person "by passport".
4. Purposes of Data Use
4.1. Communication with the User at their request.
4.2. Fulfilment of the order: providing access/keys/digital materials, supporting the service.
4.3. Maintaining operability, protection against abuse (spam, attacks), improving service quality.
4.4. Compliance with legal requirements (where applicable).
5. Confidentiality and Security
5.1. The Administration applies reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access.
5.2. The User understands that the transmission of data over the Internet cannot be guaranteed 100% secure, but the Administration takes measures to reduce risks.
6. Retention Periods
6.1. As the Administration maintains no personal-data database, information is not kept longer than technically necessary: correspondence and requests — for a reasonable period for support and resolving disputes; technical logs — within the periods required for security and diagnostics.
6.2. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Third Parties and Payment Services
7.1. Payment on the Website is carried out through third-party payment services/aggregators. Their processing of data and payment details is governed by the documents of the relevant providers. The Administration does not store the User's full payment details.
7.2. The Administration may use hosting, anti-attack protection, analytics (Yandex.Metrica — servers in the Russian Federation, anonymized) and the live chat (Jivo). These providers receive access to data only to the extent necessary to provide the service and act as independent operators of such data.
8. User Rights
8.1. The User has the right to:
- request information about their data that they provided themselves;
- ask to correct/clarify the data;
- withdraw consent to the processing of data that is processed on the basis of consent (within the limits permitted by law);
- appeal the Administration's actions to Roskomnadzor or a court.
8.2. For inquiries: ivsofte@gmail.com (please indicate the order email and order number, if any).
9. Cookies
9.1. The Website may use cookies/local storage for security, language choice, and correct operation, as well as analytics (Yandex.Metrica) and the live chat widget (Jivo). The User can restrict cookies in the browser settings, but this may impair some functions.
9.2. A detailed description of the categories of cookies, the third-party services used, and how to manage them is provided in the Cookie Policy.
10. Links to External Resources
10.1. The Website may contain links to external resources. The Administration is not responsible for their privacy policies.
